She Found the Perfect Scarf (Weekend Reflections # 228)

New Hope, Pennsylvania

This shop set up tables outside with scarves, gloves and other things and they were nice enough to hang a mirror in case you want to try something on, or in my case, capture some reflections.

Have a great weekend!

This is the place to see and share reflections click the rules tab above for more information.
A Reflection =  An image given back by a reflecting surface.

Was this picture taken on the stand on the woman smiling a lot that you presented two weeks ago ? Anyway this customer looks quite happy with her futur white scarf !

Have a nice week-end, James...

I LOVE New Hope - My uncle had a shop there years ago! And I love this sweet face...I hope I age as gracefully!

It came out a beautiful portrait.

May there always be mirrors!

Took me a while James, she looks a little 'disembodied' :) Well captured indeed!

Your subject is extremely focused on the business of selecting a scarf! Very effective depth of field for the composition. I used to love visiting New Hope.

I didn't that New Hope was in fact the actual name of a city... That why I thought it was taken on the same stand... And I thought that New Hope was a title for the scarf, in fact... I'm so silly... And a bit confused, too ^^

Thanks for correcting me, James. :)

For a mirror shot, it was so clear with the lady looking at her scarf.

One of my pet peeves - never buy anything before I've seen it on me, lol! Endearing to see the joy of this lady in the mirror:)

such a delightful and delighted expression! I remember New Hope well, from childhood and the many gigs my husband played at Havanna's many moons ago:-)

Nice scarf, but I really like the hat.

How long ago did you live in Texas? The pelicans were not always so plentiful, but they have made a comeback. They were even removed from the endangered list.

J'aime beaucoup le visage de cette femme qui a l'air ravi de choisir ainsi son écharpe.
bon week end,

Ava
